Pennsylvania Work Injury Attorney Richard A. Jaffe graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1981 and received his J.D. from the Tulane Law School in 1985. After working as an Associate for 8 years at a prominent center city Insurance Defense Law Firm in the Workers' Compensation Department, he started his own practice in 1994 to concentrate on only representing the injured workers and other disabled individuals.

Richard has over 19 years experience in handling Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation and Social Security matters.
He is also well versed in handling personal injury matters including arbitrations. He is an Active Member of the PA Trial Lawyers Association Workers' Compensation Section, as well as a sustaining member of The National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR). He is on the Board of Directors of the Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG.com) which is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to representing the millions of workers and their families who, each year, suffer the consequences of work-related injuries or occupational illness and who need legal assistance to obtain medical care and other relief under workers' compensation programs.
He is also a member of ATLA, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to Practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
